Coach 2 Coach Clinic Information, Calendar (Highland Storm)

Subject: Coach 2 Coach Clinic Information

There will be a one day OMHA Coach 2 Coach Clinic offered by Highland
Storm Minor Hockey on Sunday September 13th, 2015.  The clinic will be
held at the AJ Larue arena in Haliburton from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.  This
OMHA clinic includes both classroom and on ice instruction.  

To register for this great local coaching certification opportunity go to

and follow the following steps:

1.    Enter into the Clinics menu option.
2.    Select Coach 2 Coach Clinics.
3.    Find the Highland Storm Clinic and follow the registration process. 
In this process be sure to indicate the level you will be coaching as
resources will be provided for you, according to the age level you coach.  
4.    Note that there is an on-line module with this clinic that must be
completed no later than one week prior to attending the classroom portion
on Sunday, September 13th.  If this module is not complete the OMHA will
not allow you to attend the clinic.
5.      A reminder to any potential volunteer Coach, Trainer, Manager or
on-ice Helper that you must also have the Respect in Sport Activity Leader
on-line course certification.  This course may be found and taken on the
OMHA official website under the Clinics menu option.

This is a great local opportunity for our Highland Storm Coaches and
surrounding regional Coaches wishing to become OMHA certified.  All fees
for each Highland Storm Coach will be reimbursed upon the completion of
the required clinics.  Highland Storm asks that our Coaches print all
required documents to be submitted once they have completed any OMHA
clinic taken in order that we may reimburse all OMHA clinic fees.  We
encourage and support all of our Highland Storm volunteers in their
certification, development and continued learning of the great sport of
ice hockey.
