SESSION 2 Begins Friday February 19th, 2021.
HOCKEY IS BACK
Session 2 will begin Friday February 19th.
The session will run a full 8 weeks ending April 17th
(Unless our health district is moved into Red+ zoning at which time the remainder of the session will then be cancelled).
We will play through the traditional March Break as well as the new ‘April’ break.
All protocols from the last session will continue to be in place and strongly enforced.
NEW PROTOCOL: Only one person per player(under 18) may accompany the storm player, this means no siblings are permitted to spectate. However... we have been granted permission that if you have other siblings-you can enter to get your player dressed and then must immediately leave (you cannot watch the game/practice). You can return to assist your child in taking skates off after the game/practice has ended.
Upon entering the facility, BOTH the storm player and guardian will need to complete Covid screening in order to enter the building by being asked a series of questions directly. Please have patience as we work through this system.
Following Dysart et al policies, all participants and coaches must reside in the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit. Players are not permitted to participate from regions outside of HKPR.
We strongly ask that ALL participants, spectators, coaches etc. strongly abide by the protocols in hopes of our session playing out as long as possible.
If your player is not going to continue playing for session 2, we will provide a full refund. Please get in touch with us.
WE ARE EXCITED TO BE BACK AND CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU ON THE ICE!!
